Professional wedding-day support designed to keep your celebration organized, on schedule, and stress-free. Whether you need help with the essential moments or full-day coverage from setup through the end of your celebration, Marry Me Moments offers coordination options based on the level of support your wedding requires.
PLEASE NOTE: Pricing listed below does not include applicable travel fees. Travel fees are based on event location and will be confirmed prior to booking.
The Moment

Deposit: $50
The couple must provide a completed, finalized wedding-day timeline before the required deadline.

The Celebration

Deposit: $100
For couples who have planned their wedding but need more hands-on support bringing all the moving pieces together. You can provide an existing timeline for us to review and manage, or we can create your wedding-day timeline for you.

The Grand Affair

Deposit: $150
For couples who want comprehensive wedding-day management from setup through the end of the celebration.
We’ll create or manage your complete wedding-day timeline and oversee the flow of your wedding from beginning to end.

Travel Policy
We’re happy to travel to celebrate with you! Travel fees are based on the distance from Marry Me Moments’ home service area and help cover mileage, travel time, and transportation expenses.

Booking Policy
To reserve your wedding date with Marry Me Moments, the following booking requirements apply:

A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to officially secure your event date.

Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your date is not guaranteed until both the signed contract and deposit have been received.
Additional Coordination Fees
Every wedding requires a different level of support. Your coordination package includes the services and coverage outlined in your selected package, while additional fees may apply when your wedding requires extended hours, additional staffing, extra rehearsal time, or more extensive setup and breakdown assistance.
Any additional services or staffing needs will be discussed with you in advance whenever possible based on your wedding details, guest count, venue, and overall event needs.
Additional Rehearsal Coverage · $50/hour
Your package includes the rehearsal coverage specifically listed in your selected service. If additional rehearsal time is needed beyond the included coverage, it may be added at $50 per hour, subject to availability.
Extensive Décor Setup & Teardown · $250
Standard coordination includes light placement of a few individual, pre-assembled, ready-to-place décor items, such as a welcome sign, guest book, card box, reserved signs, or memorial items.
Décor delivered in totes, bins, boxes, or containers that must be unpacked, assembled, arranged, or distributed throughout the venue is not included in standard coordination.
The $250 add-on applies when Marry Me Moments is responsible for unpacking and setting up décor, decorating guest tables, placing centerpieces, creating detailed tablescapes, setting up ceremony décor, candles, arches/backdrops, or handling multiple décor items throughout the venue.
This add-on includes teardown and packing of approved décor items at the end of the event. Large or highly detailed décor setups may require additional staffing or a custom quote.
Assistant Coordinator · Starting at $150
An additional coordinator may be required based on the size and complexity of your wedding. Weddings approaching 100+ guests, extensive décor needs, complex timelines, or events requiring simultaneous coordination in multiple areas may require additional staffing.
