Need a Little Extra Help?
Not every wedding or event requires a full-service package. Our à la carte services allow you to book the extra support you need without committing to a full coordination, DJ, or planning package.
Whether you need an extra set of hands, help with décor, sound equipment, or assistance organizing your wedding-day details, choose the services that fit your event.
Event Assistant ·Starting at $150 (3-Hour Minimum)
Need an extra set of hands without hiring a Day-of Coordinator? Our Event Assistant provides general event support where you need it most. May assist with: Cutting & serving cake, assisting with buffet or dessert stations, passing out programs or favors, Directing guests, Monitoring gifts & cards, Light tidying of common areas, General event assistance.
Event Assistants do not act as Day-of Coordinators, manage vendors, create or execute timelines, lead rehearsals or ceremonies, or oversee the overall flow of the wedding.
Décor Setup Only · $200 Up to 3 Hours
We'll unpack, arrange, and set up approved client-provided wedding décor before your event. May include: Guest table décor, Centerpieces, Welcome & memorial areas, Guest book/card table, Ceremony décor, Signs, Candles, Other approved decorative items
Décor Breakdown Only · $200 Up to 3 Hours
We'll gather, organize, and pack approved décor at the end of your event so you and your family don't have to handle it yourselves.
Décor Setup + Breakdown · $350
Get help on both ends of the celebration. We'll handle approved décor setup before your event and return/continue at the end of the event for breakdown and packing. Large-scale installations, highly detailed décor, heavy items, or events requiring additional staffing may require a custom quote.
Sound System + Delivery, Setup & Teardown · $300
Need sound but don't need a DJ? Rent a sound system for your ceremony, reception, party, or other event and manage your own music. We'll provide the sound system, deliver it, professionally set it up, and return for teardown.DJ and playlist management services are not included. Travel fees may apply outside our included service area.
MC Only · $200
Already have your music covered but need someone to make announcements and help keep your reception moving? Includes agreed-upon announcements and MC services during your contracted coverage. Does not include DJ services, music management, or wedding coordination.
Wedding Timeline Creation · $50
Need help organizing your wedding day without hiring a planner or coordinator? We'll create a structured wedding-day timeline using the information you provide. Timeline creation does not include vendor management, wedding planning, or wedding-day coordination.
Booking Policy
À la carte services must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your date and service.
Your service is not considered booked or reserved until payment has been received and all required booking documents have been completed.
Additional fees may apply for extended service time, additional staffing, complex or extensive requests, travel, parking, tolls, lodging, or other event-specific requirements.
All à la carte services are subject to availability and include only the services specifically listed in your agreement.
Travel Policy
We’re happy to travel to celebrate with you! Travel fees are based on the distance from Marry Me Moments’ home service area and help cover mileage, travel time, and transportation expenses.
