Travel Policy
We’re happy to travel to celebrate with you! Travel fees are based on the distance from Marry Me Moments’ home service area and help cover mileage, travel time, and transportation expenses.

Additional DJ Fees
Every wedding and venue is different. Your DJ package includes our standard setup and service, but additional fees may apply when your event requires extended coverage, multiple equipment setups, outdoor accommodations, or a more difficult load-in.
Any applicable fees will be discussed with you in advance whenever possible, so you know exactly what to expect before your wedding day.
Additional Setup + Teardown — $150
Applies when DJ equipment must be broken down, relocated, and set up again during the event.
Outdoor Setup — $100
Applies when DJ equipment is required outdoors. Outdoor services are subject to weather and safety conditions.
Difficult Load-In — Starting at $75
May apply for stairs, venues without elevator access, long-distance equipment carries, or other difficult loading conditions.
Additional DJ Coverage — $100/hour
Available when additional coverage is needed beyond your package time, subject to availability.
Booking Policy
To reserve your wedding date with Marry Me Moments, the following booking requirements apply:
