Travel Policy
We’re happy to travel to celebrate with you! Travel fees are based on the distance from Marry Me Moments’ home service area and help cover mileage, travel time, and transportation expenses.

Booking Policy
To reserve your wedding date with Marry Me Moments, the following booking requirements apply:

A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to officially secure your event date.

Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Your date is not guaranteed until both the signed contract and deposit have been received.
Additional Fees & Upgrades
Your bundle includes the standard services and coverage listed within your selected package. The following fees may apply when additional coverage, staffing, setup, or travel is required.
Full-Day Coordination Upgrade · +$150
Upgrade Standard Coordination from up to 8 hours to Full-Day Coordination of up to 12 hours.
Additional Coordination Coverage · $50/hour
For coordination needed beyond your contracted coverage, subject to availability.
Additional DJ Coverage · $100/hour
For DJ services needed beyond the included 6 hours, subject to availability.
Extensive Décor Setup & Teardown · $250
Applies when décor must be unpacked from totes, bins, boxes, or containers and set up throughout the venue. Includes teardown and packing of approved décor at the end of the event.
Assistant Coordinator · Starting at $150
Required for weddings with more than 100 guests to ensure proper coverage and support throughout the event.
Additional DJ Setup / Relocation · $150 each
Applies when DJ equipment must be broken down, moved to another location or area, and set up again during the event.
Outdoor DJ Setup · $100
Applies when DJ equipment is required outdoors and is subject to appropriate weather and safety conditions.
Difficult DJ Load-In · Starting at $75
May apply for stairs, no elevator access, long equipment carries, or other difficult venue access.
