What's Included

Customized Wedding Planning Roadmap
A personalized planning plan based on your wedding date, budget, priorities and vision—with clear deadlines for what needs to happen and when.

Budget Creation & Management
We'll help establish your wedding budget, allocate funds between vendor categories, track planned expenses and help you stay aware of upcoming financial commitments.

Vendor Search & Selection Assistance
Instead of simply receiving recommendations, we'll help research options, compare packages and determine which vendors best fit your needs and budget.

Planning Gap Analysis
We'll review everything you've already completed and identify what's missing, what needs attention and what should happen next.

Contract & Proposal Review for Planning Purposes
We'll help you understand vendor packages, service inclusions, timing requirements and logistical details before you make decisions. (Not legal advice.)

Planning Deadline Management
We'll keep track of important planning milestones so you're not realizing three weeks before the wedding that something was supposed to be handled months ago.

Vendor Appointment Preparation
We'll help you prepare questions and details for meetings with photographers, caterers, DJs, venues and other vendors so you know what needs to be discussed.

Wedding Design & Logistics Planning
We'll help you think through colors, décor placement, rentals, ceremony layout, reception layout, guest flow, seating logistics and how everything works together.

Rental & Décor Planning

From tables and linens to signage and centerpieces, we’ll help you determine what’s needed and create a plan for how everything comes together. Whether you’re working with a decorator or taking the DIY route, we’ll help keep your rentals and décor organized and aligned with your wedding vision.

Ceremony Planning
Processional order, wedding-party placement, ceremony flow, special traditions, entrances/exits and rehearsal preparation.

Reception Planning
We'll help determine the order and flow of entrances, dances, dinner, speeches, cake cutting, activities, exits and other special moments, not simply execute a schedule you've already created.

Ongoing Planning Check-Ins
Rather than primarily checking in to collect information needed for coordination, planning clients receive proactive guidance about what they should be working on next.

Problem Solving Before Wedding Week
If something isn't working a vendor falls through, logistics don't make sense, the budget needs adjusting, or the couple doesn't know what to do next we help find a solution.

PLUS Full Day-of Coordination
Once everything we've planned is ready, your Day-of Coordination service kicks in including timeline management, final vendor communication, rehearsal, DIY setup/teardown assistance, room flips, wedding-day management and doors-open-to-doors-close coverage.

Not sure which service you need? Let's make it simple.

While both services are designed to make your wedding experience less stressful, the biggest difference is when you need our help.

Day-of Coordination

You've planned it. We'll execute it.

Day-of Coordination is perfect for couples who feel confident planning their own wedding but want a professional to take over the logistics when the big day arrives.

Day-of Coordination may be right for you if:

  • You've already selected and booked your vendors.

  • You're comfortable managing your wedding budget and vendor payments.

  • You've chosen your décor, rentals, and overall wedding design.

  • You've planned the details of your ceremony and reception.

  • You don't need ongoing assistance making planning decisions.

  • You mainly need someone to organize the final details and professionally execute everything you've planned.

As your wedding approaches, we'll gather your finalized details, create your wedding-day timeline, communicate with your vendors, coordinate your rehearsal, and step in as your main point of contact on wedding day.

Then, from venue doors open until venue doors close, we'll manage the behind-the-scenes details so you, your wedding party, and your family can enjoy the celebration.

Wedding Planning

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Wedding Planning is for couples who want professional guidance before the wedding day, not just someone to execute their finished plans.

Depending on whether you choose Partial or Full Planning, we'll work alongside you to help make planning decisions, stay ahead of deadlines, organize your budget, find and compare vendors, plan rentals and décor, work through ceremony and reception logistics, and make sure important details aren't being overlooked.

Wedding Planning may be right for you if:

  • You're feeling overwhelmed or aren't sure what you should be doing next.

  • You still need help finding or selecting vendors.

  • You want help creating or managing your wedding budget.

  • You need help comparing vendor packages and services.

  • You want guidance with rentals, décor, layouts, and wedding logistics.

  • You need someone keeping track of planning deadlines and unfinished tasks.

  • You want professional guidance when questions or unexpected issues come up.

  • You'd rather have someone helping you plan the details AND execute them.

And the best part?

Every Wedding Planning Package Includes Full Day-of Coordination.

We'll help you plan it, prepare for it, and be there to execute it.

Still Not Sure?

Think of it this way:

Day-of Coordinator:
"Tell us what you've planned, and we'll make it happen."

Wedding Planner:
"Let's figure out what needs to happen together, and then we'll make it happen."

If your wedding is mostly planned and you simply need someone to take over the logistics, Day-of Coordination is probably the perfect fit.

If you're still making major decisions, searching for vendors, figuring out your budget, choosing rentals or décor, or regularly wondering "What am I supposed to be doing next?"—you'll likely benefit more from Wedding Planning.
